This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United Arab Emirates.


1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across all Emirates in the UAE, including:
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Processing Time

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding UAE public holidays).
Once processed, the order is handed over to our courier partner.


3. Delivery Time

Typical delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 working days

  • Abu Dhabi: 1–3 working days

  • Other Emirates: 2–4 working days

Delays may occur during public holidays, peak seasons, or due to courier issues.


4. Shipping Charges

Our delivery charges are as follows:

FREE Delivery on orders above AED 699

AED 10 Delivery Charge on orders below AED 699

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across the UAE.
Please ensure:

  • The address is accurate

  • The phone number is reachable

  • You are available to receive the parcel

Failed delivery attempts may result in additional re-delivery fees.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two times.
If the customer is unreachable or address information is incomplete:

  • The order may be returned to us

  • Re-delivery charges may apply


7. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via SMS or email (depending on courier)

You can track your shipment at any time.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries

  • Delays

  • Additional charges

caused by incorrect address or customer unavailability.

Re-delivery fees may apply.


9. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos or videos as proof

We will arrange a free replacement or assist based on our Return & Refund Policy.


10. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order is shipped:

  • Cancellation is not possible

  • You may request a return only if the product is eligible (sealed, unused)
