This Return & Refund Policy complies with Google Merchant Center guidelines and UAE consumer protection standards.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return accepted within 7 days of delivery

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date they received the product.

Product must be unused and in original condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • The perfume bottle must be sealed and unused

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • All accessories, promotional items, and gifts must be returned

Non-returnable items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfume bottles

  • Products damaged due to customer use

  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless damaged or incorrect)


2. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive:

  • A wrong item,

  • A damaged product, or

  • A defective bottle,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Online payments: refunded to your bank card or payment source

  • Cash on Delivery payments: refunded as store credit or bank transfer
    (Your choice)

Refund timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


4. Return Shipping

If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective:

Return shipping is free.
We will arrange a pickup or provide a prepaid label.

If the customer changes their mind:

  • Return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • The product must be unused and sealed.


5. Cancellation Policy

✔ Before shipping

Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch with a full refund.

✔ After shipping

Once the order is shipped, it will fall under the standard return process.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged or defective items

For fragrance preferences or dislikes, exchanges are not offered unless the product is sealed and unused.
